Waabgon Gamig First Nation School follows the Ontario Elementary curriculum, our program however has a strong out-door base and offers students cutting edge environmental programming through our Land Based Studies. We deliver this program in partnership with the Sticks and Stones Wilderness School. The school also offers students many cultural programs delivered by Georgina Island First Nation community members. These include, but are not limited to, beading, drumming and singing, ribbon skirt and shirt making, cultural cooking, hide tanning, maple syrup making, food sustainability and Anishinaabemowin classes.
